Difficult Financing

We provide sources of debt financing that maximize eligible collateralized (secured) assets at interest rates commensurate with risk, profitability, and cash flow. These loans apply to the following types of financing:

• Revolving lines of credit covering trade accounts receivable and inventory.
  
• Term-debt covering machinery and equipment, and real estate, including SBA loans.
  
• Acquisition debt, which is paid from the cash flow of the combined companies, and subordinate to the senior secured debt.
  
• Purchase order financing on imported or domestic finished goods.

We have arranged more than $100 million in asset based financing over the past few years. When a current lender cannot increase a credit line, or refuses to maintain a credit line, we find new lenders for our clients.
