The above companies' sales range in volume from $2 million to $40 million
with valuations ranging from $300,000 to $13,000,000. Assignments were primarily
for the purchase or sale of a business, shareholder disputes requiring
a buyout of dissenting equity holder, or valuations required for raising
of equity financing. Other valuations performed were for purchase price
allocations, goodwill impairment, equity based compenation, IRS 409A compensation issues, gift taxes, and valuing intangible assets.
